What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is one 20 ft reefer container (approx 14-15 MT).
Do I need a Reefer container?
For soft dates like Kimia and Medjool, Reefer is mandatory to prevent fermentation. Dry dates can go in standard containers.
What is the shelf life?
12-18 months when stored in cold storage (0-4°C). Dry dates have a longer shelf life at room temperature.
Do you supply Organic Dates?
Yes, we can source certified organic dates upon request, subject to seasonal availability.
Are the dates pitted or unpitted?
We offer both. Unpitted (Whole) is standard, but we have processing lines for Pitted, Chopped, and Date Paste.
What are your payment terms?
For new buyers: LC at sight or 30% advance with balance against documents.
